Privacy policy

Listed.boats is a marketplace for boats run by growth.box LLC, doing business as Marine Logic ("we"), 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. It shows listings from independent dealerships that use Marine Logic. This policy explains what we collect on this site; the Marine Logic privacy policy explains the rest.

What we collect. When you send an inquiry, make an offer or ask about a boat, we collect what you enter (such as your name, email, phone and message) and send it to the dealership that listed the boat, which answers you and handles your details under its own privacy policy. If you save a search, we keep your email and the search, and send alerts only after you confirm by email; every alert has an unsubscribe link.

Analytics and cookies. We count visits with our own analytics, without cookies: a visitor's address becomes a code that changes every day and the address itself is not stored. Google or Meta tags, if this site uses them, load only after you agree in the cookie banner, and you can change that choice at any time from the footer.

Sharing. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the dealership you contact, with service providers that help us run this site, and where the law requires.

Your choices. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email support@marinelogic.app. To reach a dealership about details you sent it, contact the dealership. We answer within 45 days, and we do not treat you differently for asking.
